Refund policy

At Salon Siwak, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our return rules below before placing your order.

Digital Products
All digital products (guides, e-books, downloads) are final sale and non-refundable. Digital orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Physical Products
Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns. Items that are opened, used, missing packaging, or show signs of wear will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
– Opened or used items
– Hair accessories
– Silk or satin goods once opened
– Beauty tools that show signs of use
– Sale items
– Gift cards
All digital products are also non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. Replacements require the original item to be returned; once we receive valid tracking for the returned item, we will ship your replacement at no cost.

How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@salonsiwak.com to request a return.
Returns must be approved before sending items back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how to ship it. All return shipments must use a trackable method. Salon Siwak is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at hello@salonsiwak.com.
