Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Some items may ship separately depending on supplier location or availability. You will receive tracking information as soon as each item ships.

Digital products (guides, e-books, downloads) are delivered instantly via email and do not require shipping.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on the item and supplier. Most orders arrive within:

  • 5–12 business days for U.S. orders

  • 7–20 business days for international orders (where available)

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather events

  • High-volume seasons

  • Customs processing

  • Events outside our control

Once an order has shipped, Salon Siwak is not responsible for carrier delays.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type

  • Supplier location

  • Delivery address

Some items may have separate shipping fees depending on where they are fulfilled.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is shipped to the wrong address due to customer error, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.

If the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update the address.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, Salon Siwak is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Delays due to the carrier

If your package is lost or missing, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

We are happy to assist with documentation if needed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours

  2. Include photos of the item and packaging

  3. Replacements require the original item to be returned

  4. Once we receive valid tracking for the return, we will ship the replacement

We cannot replace items reported after 48 hours.


International Shipping

International shipping availability varies by product.
Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer.


Digital Products

Digital guides, e-books, and downloads are delivered instantly and do not require shipping.
These items are final sale and non-refundable.
